How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@laurenjosephmart.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@laurenjosephmart.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
Items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns (unused, original condition, and with all packaging and accessories).
Exchanges will be processed after the returned item is received and approved. Replacement items will be shipped with a new tracking number.
