1. Return Window

  • You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@laurenjosephmart.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Please send the item back within 14 days of receiving return approval.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or faulty item).

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need an exchange, please email us and we’ll arrange it.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used coffee machines or accessories
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a faulty product), we will cover return shipping.

7. Warranty Returns
All coffee machines come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
If your machine develops a fault under warranty, please contact us with your proof of purchase and we’ll guide you through the warranty return process.
